RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

AT RYVE, EVERY PIECE IS DESIGNED AND PRODUCED WITH CLOSE ATTENTION TO DETAIL, QUALITY, AND FINISH. TO MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND ENSURE FAIRNESS, WE FOLLOW A STRUCTURED RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.

RETURNS

  • RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN CASES WHERE THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
  • ONCE APPROVED, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT.
  • THE CREDIT NOTE CAN BE REDEEMED ON THE RYVE WEBSITE AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 3 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF RETURN.

EXCHANGES

  • EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED ONLY IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
  • NO SIZE EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  • PRODUCTS WILL BE EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

 THE FOLLOWING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR REFUND:

  • SIZE-RELATED ISSUES OR PREFERENCE-BASED CONCERNS
  • NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
  • DAMAGE CAUSED DUE TO IMPROPER HANDLING, WASHING, OR STORAGE
  • PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, WASHED, ALTERED, OR ARE WITHOUT ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING

FINAL NOTES

  • ONCE APPROVED, RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING.
  • RYVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT CLAIMS THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
  • NO EXCHANGE/ RETURN FOR THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED DURING SALES OR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.
